Accuracy of Product Pricing and Information
At Daddy’s, it is our intention that all used gear pictures, descriptions, and prices are correct. However, due to the volume of incoming gear mixed with people and computers, mistakes can happen.
Because gear prices, product descriptions and availability can change quickly, we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on our site. We may make changes to the information contained herein, including to the products, images, and prices described on our site, at any time, without prior notice to you (including after you have submitted your order).
Items placed in your shopping cart will reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Prices are frequently updated to adjust for different sales, limited pricing, and other discounting. Therefore, prices on the product detail page and in your cart may change after such updates to reflect the current prices. Placing items in your cart does not reserve the current prices shown at that time, and prices are reserved only by placing an order.
From time to time, despite our efforts, a small number of the items on our site may be mispriced, or contain wrong information. Please note that such errors or inaccuracies may be related to product descriptions, product images, pricing and availability. In the event of a pricing error, we will take one of the following options: (1) If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item; or (2) if an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any errors or inaccuracies, you may return it in accordance with Daddy’s Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy.
30 Day Used Item Warranty
Every used instrument we sell comes backed with a 30 day used item warranty. Our warranty covers both parts and labor. Instrument repairs will be directed to Daddy's In-house Repair Department.
Some exclusions include guitar setups, diagnostics, accidental or intentional damage from physical abuse, misuse, acts of God, spilled liquids, water damage, improper storage, repairs performed by non-authorized personnel or any other problems caused by factors that are beyond the normal usage of the product. This plan does not cover tubes, drum heads or guitar / bass strings.

How we handle returns
All USED - and NEW - GEAR purchased at daddys.com comes with a 15-day, no
questions asked return policy. If you're not happy with the way your new
instrument sounds, feels or looks, then we're not happy either. Some
restrictions do apply. See below for details, or speak with your
salesperson.
Products purchased from Daddy's may be exchanged or returned for full refund
within 15 days of purchase, as long as the item is returned in "as sold"
condition, including all original packaging materials - including cables,
manuals, power adapters, blank warranty cards, disks/CDs, etc. (Some return restrictions apply*)
A 10% restocking fee will be charged if all original packaging is not in "as
sold" condition.
*Return Restrictions: The following items / categories are not returnable:
Software, sheet music, music books, videos/DVDs, harmonicas, and
mouthpieces, internal earphones, earplugs, DJ cartridges and styli. "Special
Order" items ordered from manufacturer for a specific customer are also not
returnable
Products sold in the following categories and returned within the
15 - day period carry a 10% restocking fee on returns.
DJ Gear - mixers, turntables, CD players, lighting effects/fog machines,
etc;
All Recording Gear / Studio Monitors; Rack mount effects; Pro Workstations
Keyboards, all microphones.
An additional 10% fee will charged if all original packaging is not in "as
sold" condition.
CASH/CHECK PURCHASE REFUNDS will be issued by check and mailed from Daddy's
corporate headquarters, generally in 7 to 10 working days. CREDIT CARD
PURCHASE REFUNDS will be credited to your credit card immediately.
5 Day Tryout Period
The condition of an instrument is in the eye of the beholder. Our 'Very Good' might rate as simply 'Good' to you. We don't want you to have to settle for an instrument that isn't what you expected. For this we offer a five day tryout period of all used instruments (except for those sold AS IS). This tryout period starts on the day that you recieve your instrument. If you're unhappy with your purchase simply Request a Return, we'll get a pre-paid shipping label to you and we'll cover shipping both ways.
