Daddy's Junky Music, along with 100.3 WHEB) and rock legends EXTREME, want to give you a chance to win a $1000 shopping spree to Daddy's, a pair of front row seats (courtesy of Live Nation) to see EXTREME live on July 31st at the Bank of America Pavilion in Boston AND a chance to meet the band!
Send us your ugliest, broken down, most sorry lookin' pieces of gear to us, along with a few sentences as to why YOU should be chosen for an "EXTREME Makeover - Gear Edition."

- If you are chosen as the "winner" - you must relinquish your entered gear to Daddy's Junky Music or forfeit the prize.
