USED Gear
Products purchased from Daddy’s may be exchanged or returned for full refund 1
within 3 days* of purchase, as long as the item is returned in “as sold” condition,
including all original packaging materials – including cables, manuals, power
adapters, blank warranty cards, disks/CDs, etc.
(Some return restrictions apply**)
A 10% restocking fee will be charged if all original packaging is not in “as-sold” condition.
- A 7-Day Return period is available with Daddy’s optional Expanded Trade-Up Guarantee Package
for Used Gear. Ask your salesperson for details.
NEW Gear
Products purchased from Daddy’s may be exchanged or returned for full refund 1 within
15 days of purchase, as long as the item is returned in “as sold” condition, including all

How to Return Items
Returned merchandise must be shipped within the specified guarantee period. Please email for Return Authorization. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number. It must be in the
original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear
or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 10% restocking fee.

**Return Restrictions: The following items / categories are not returnable:
Software, sheet music, music books, videos/DVDs, harmonicas, and mouthpieces, internal earphones, earplugs, DJ cartridges and styli.
“Special Order” items ordered from manufacturer for a specific customer are also not returnable
