How Daddy’s On-Line Works

We’ve always got great new and used gear in stock that is available for your online shopping. We ship anywhere in the continental U.S.

All New, In-Stock items are shipped directly from Daddy’s On-Line Headquarters. Orders placed before 1:00PM EST will be shipped that business day.

All of our Used Gear, New Gear at Used Prices and other limited quantity new gear is currently located at one of our 20 stores throughout New England and New York and may require additional shipping time.

If we are shipping to you in a state where we have stores, state sales tax will apply. Excludes New Hampshire.

Your Shopping Cart Order will be immediately directed to the store where your item(s) (used, etc.) is in stock.

You will be contacted by a Daddy’s salesperson within 24 hours to confirm your order excluding holidays.

Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been confirmed.

If you cannot be contacted within 3 days of placing your order, your order will be cancelled.

You will receive an Email Confirmation that your order has been processed and is in the quality control and shipping preparation phase.

Transfer to Daddy’s Online Headquarters may take up to one week based on our Truck Schedule.

You will be notified by email if there is a delay with your shipment.

You will also be notified by email when your order ships.

Ground Shipping will arrive in 5-7 business days.
3 Day Select Shipping will arrive in 3 business days.
2 Day Air Shipping will arrive in 2 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Shipping times exclude holidays.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Daddy’s Junky Music and Daddy’s On-Line reserves the right to cancel any sale for any reason. Any charges made to your credit card will be immediately reversed.

Daddy’s On-Line has a Three Day return policy. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. To return an item, you will need a Return Authorization Number. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, email us at onlinesupport@daddys.com. Please include in the email your Order Number, your name and a number where you can be easily reached Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM EST. Please include the word RETURN in the Subject field. Or, call us at 800-373-8393 for a Return Authorization M-F 9A-5P EST. Repack the item in the original packaging with the packing slip. With the RA# clearly written on the package, ship it to:

You will be responsible for return shipping.

If an item is backordered, the in-stock portion of the order will be shipped. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.

Trade-Up Guarantee

Trade-Up must be at least 20% greater than trade items’ original purchase price.

Quality Control

All of our Used Gear passes through quality control prior to shipping.

We will QC each guitar and make sure they are ready to play.

New items covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty should be brought to an Authorized Service Center near you for warranty service work. If you need help locating a service center, email us at service@daddys.com.

Daddy’s 30-Day On-Line Used Warranty Policy
Our warranty covers parts and labor on Daddy’s On-Line Used Gear for a period of 30 Days. Daddy’s warranty does not include Bargain Basement and products sold AS-IS.

GENERAL EXCLUSIONS: This plan does not cover guitar setups, diagnostics, damage caused by accidental or intentional physical abuse, misuse, acts of God, spilled liquids, water damage, improper storage, repairs performed by non-authorized personnel or any other problems caused by factors that are beyond the normal usage of the product. This plan does not cover tubes, drum heads, or guitar/bass strings.

This plan does not cover any consequential damage:
  • or malfunction of any related but separate components as a result of the malfunction of the product covered under this plan.
  • to an individual or a facility as a result of use or misuse of the product (i.e. hearing loss, damage from falling).
  • as a result of the product’s failure to perform, including, but not limited to, loss of income.
Daddy’s On-Line Used Warranty Repairs will be completed at the Daddy’s Service Center.

To obtain a Warranty Repair Work Order, email us at onlinesupport@daddys.com. Please include in the email your Order Number, your name and a number where you can be easily reached Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM EST. Please include the word REPAIR in the Subject line. Or, call us at 800-373-8393 for a Repair Work Order M-F 9A-5P EST. Repack the item in the original packaging with the packing slip if possible. With the RA# clearly written on the package, ship it to:
