ALL NEW GEAR listed on this site is available for shipping within the United States or local "in-store" pickup at one of our 20-locations throughout New England and Upstate New York.
Shipping Example: You're interested in one of our NEW Fender Strats and it's in our Waterbury, Connecticut location. Should you decide to purchase it, the item would be first shipped from Waterbury, CT to our central facility in Manchester, New Hampshire. There in Manchester, it's inspected, cleaned, packed and shipped to make sure that when you receive this gear, you'll love it! Due to this process, gear could take up to 10 days (or even a bit longer) to ship, but most of the time it's quicker and you'll be playing your new Strat before you know it!.
Pickup in-store Example: You've found a Pearl drum kit on our website. You live in Boston, MA and the drum kit is in Springfield, MA. By placing an order for "in-store" pickup a salesperson in our Boston store will request the Pearl drum kit from our Springfield store and bring it in for you to purchase. When the drum kit arrives in Boston you'll be contacted by phone or email.
