Chris,
The LP is BEAUTIFUL; from the spiffy new hardware to the freshly dressed frets and rubbed down fingerboard, it shines from headstock to endpin! I can't put it down; it practically plays itself. The tuners are wicked responsive, and the action is to die for. In addition to this little piece of guitar heaven, I got an education about bridge, tailpiece, and tuner types. Your shop is a truly professional operation and a pleasure to do business with. Thanks for keeping me informed and doing great work at a reasonable price. I'm going nowhere else to get my musical instruments serviced. Keep up the good work.
Regards,
Al S.

Gentlemen:
Thanks very much for the quickly and professionally repairing a Mackie 24-4 VLZ Pro mixer recently. The unit was repaired quickly under warranty and returned fully tested and working perfectly.
We will be sure to direct our upcoming keyboard and sound system equipment purchase needs to Daddy's especially knowing great tech support is available if needed.
Best regards,

I sent an Akai MPC 2000XL up to your repair shop a few months ago and recieved it back lightening fast in perfect working order at a fraction of the cost I was quoted elsewhere. That was very impressive !! People have no confidence in auto mechanics because they have to rely on the 'honor system' when bringing their car in for repairs. How the hell am I going to know if a head gasket takes 1, 3, 5, or 19 hours to replace? It's the same with electronics. I was charged for the actual time that was spent fixing my machine. That's honesty and professsionalism at it's finest. Plus, Mick kept me updated and informed when my machine arrived, what repairs were being done and when it was being shipped back down to me. I couldn't have been more pleased. Thanks again.

Hi there. Recently I had a 1967 Guild T100 hollowbody undergo a re-wire and fret leveling/set-up at Daddy's. It's been about a week since I got it back and I can't believe how AWESOME the workmanship done at your repair shop is. Previously, I had a few disappointments with other so-called luthiers in Connecticut such as a simple bridge re-glue where the gentleman informed me that he used the weakest glue he had "just in case the bridge flies off again" and "oh, by the way, did you know your irreplaceable Lowden S22 has a FOUR INCH CRACK IN IT? I kid you not! I guess his thinking was, why use wood clamps when my 450-pound ass 'll do?
The Guild is the second guitar Daddy's has worked on, the other being a 1972 Strat, and both times the quality of work and customer service has been outstanding. Please thank the folks who've worked on my guitars and let them know I really appreciate everything they've done and highly recommend them often to other guitar players.
Regards,
Jack B.
