Return an Item
All used instruments purchased on Daddys.com come with a 15 day, no questions asked return policy. If you're not happy with the way your new instrument sounds, feels or looks then we're not happy with the sale and we'd like to accept your return.
There are two types of returns. If you receive your package and your instrument is damaged, your instrument doesn't power on or you feel that it was not accurately described to you we'll send you a pre-paid shipping label and we'll cover the shipping costs.
If you'd like to make a return on a matter of preference we will accept it but you'll need to cover shipping. It's an unfortunate fact that in general instruments are very heavy and/or bulky and as a result incur moderate shipping charges. For us to continue doing usiness online and offering the prices that we do this is our return policy.
