I just had to thank you folks for the outstanding repair and setup you preformed on this Hohner B2A bass. Considering the condition that you received it in, the cost of the work is more than reasonable. It now plays and sounds outstanding. Everyone I dealt with from the drop off at the Burlington store to today's pickup at DJM headquaters was a pleasure to deal with. But the fact that you also replaced the missing knobs, even though this was not on the original service order, was too much to believe. I can proudly have my son take this instrument, that is a joy to play, off to college, and leave my classic Precision bass safe at home.

Earlier this year, I purchased a used Alesis Studio 32 at the Shrewsbury store. Everyone there was great and offered a number of good suggestions - including getting the extended warranty coverage, which turned out to be some great advice.

Unfortunately, after a few months of use, I had to bring in the unit for service. My closest store is Peabody and though it is never much fun to drop something off to be repaired, the staff there was very professional and gave me an honest estimate of the time that would likely be required to get the unit back in shape.

Today I called to get an update and was referred to the Service Department in NH. I spoke with Mick who explained that the unit was pretty much beyond repair and that even if fixed, the problem could and most likely would occur again. He noted that as I had the warranty (thanks again Shrewsbury), he could offer a refund to me, He also offered some recommendations on comparable boards.

I'm bummed about losing the board, but based on this experience, there is no question as to where I will be coming to buy a replacement. I wish I could tell you the names of the folks I spoke to at each individual store - I appreciate everyone's help and I thought that someone should know that they have helped make me a very satisfied customer. From great initial service, to honest answers when there were problems, not to mention an efficient and fair resolution to a difficult situation - well you know the rest…

Hey Guy's, You've done a great job refretting my 1972 Stratocaster, it plays like new, it doesn't even look like it has been refretted. Great Pro Work! My name is Jake S. and I recently brought in a Fender Cyber-Deluxe that was purchased from you and had it sent out for repair. When I brought the unit into Daddy's Manchester, Bob the representative that I dealt with, took care of me with ease and a couple of jokes. Even though the original purchase was under a friend's name… that was not a problem. The turn around was a bit longer that was projected, but that was just due to an "awaiting parts" order. Mick Bramante was my contact at Daddy's central. I had called him on a couple of occasions and every time he treated me with the respect and knowledge that I have come to expect from such a great company.
